Bridesmaids
Becoming a bridesmaid comes with responsibilities and expectations. It is a great honour to be asked to be a bridesmaid
and one that should not be taken lightly.
The Bridesmaids can accompany the bride when she shops for her wedding gown as long as the bridal party is not too large
when only the Maid of Honour might attend. The Bride and the Bridesmaids' choose the bridesmaids' dresses, accessories,
shoes and jewellery. It is important to be mindful of everyone's body shape and be prepared to compromise. This may be
a time consuming and expensive operation. Who pays for what will be a big question with each situation being unique.
Be sure each person is aware of what commitment is expected before committing. Make-up and hair expenses are usually
paid by the Bridesmaids but this is not the case at all times.
