Freight
& postal charges
Freight charges on our shopping cart can be difficult as our product range is so varied both in size and weight. Couriers and Australia Post charge by weight or cubic measure (whichever the higher charge) and also incorporate distance to travel component. On our shopping cart our freight is based on an average weighted order (3-5kg) and destination to travel. Depending on each order criteria we try to use the best value for all concerned. We do take the liberty of adjusting the freight charge component which can vary up or down. e.g. If you are ordering from a distance and the freight component on our shopping cart is $20.00 and your order can fit the criteria of an Australia Post Express Satchel we would charge you from $8.00 Australia wide.

How
do I receive my order?
We dispatch orders via Australia Post (Australia
wide) or
Fastway Couriers where it is cost effective and quicker delivery
(most of the East Coast of Australia).
Delivery.
Australia
Post - Delivery times are reliant upon
normal postal delivery times. If your order is less than 3kg and fits into a standard Australia Post satchel it is a next day delivery within the Australia Post express network. Standard parcel postage generally
takes from between 1-7 working days to be delivered depending of location within Australia.
Fastway Couriers - Delivery normally next day to Sydney &
metro, North & Mid North Coast of NSW, Newcastle, Hunter Valley,
Central NSW Coast, Woolongong & district, ACT,
Melbourne and
metro, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast.
Two days to, Toowoomba, Gladstone, Bundaburg,
Rockhampton. Three days to Mackay, Townsville,
Cairns.
PLEASE NOTE: When
dispatched via Fastway Couriers orders need to be signed for and
will require an address where someone can receive it. Please advise
an appropriate address. Workplace address is a popular alternative.

Are
your prices in Australian dollars and do they include GST?
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and are
GST inclusive. We only distribute within Australia.
Do
you have a minimum order?
Generally no, but there are a few items with a stated minimum order
to aquire the quoted price.
Do
you wholesale?
We are a retail supplier only.
How
long will my order take to be processed?
Off the shelf orders are usually processed and dispatched within
48 hours of receipt of payment.
But allow up to 10 working days for items that may be out of stock we will notify you if longer.
For orders requiring printing and or assembling delivery will vary
depending on individual requirements.
Delivery will be stated wihin individual quote.
CHOCOLATE ORDERS
*Orders that include foiled chocolates are usually
sent the following Monday to allow for an uninterrupted journey
because of climate conditions even though they are sent in a cooler
to prevent heat damage.
Misplaced
or damaged orders
In the event your order arrives damaged, please let the courier or Australia Post know immediately and also contact us by telephone 02 95466341 or email sales@coastalblue.com.au .
In the event your order does not arrive within the stated time above, please contact us and we will endeavour
to track your order.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations
can only be honoured if orders have not been dispatched and or within 24 hours of receipt of order.
Returns
Coastal Blue Promotions may exchange goods provided
goods are returned in original packaging and condition. Please contact Coastal Blue on 02 02 95466341within 7 days
of receiving order to obtain an exchange or return agreement.
For
agreed returns all postal charges are to be paid by customer , a 10% surcharge may be charged. Purchases returned without
an agreement will be refused. Refunds are not
given for used or incorrectly ordered goods nor for colour and texture
variations in materials or products.
If
I am not at home to accept my order when it arrives. What should
I do?
If it is normal for nobody to be home we advise you to provide an
alternative address (work address is very popular).
But if you forget or called away from home when delivery is attempted
you will receive a notice (card) advising you of the attempted delivery.
You will be advised what to do to make pick up. In the rare event
that your parcel does not arrive, then please email sales@coastalblue.com.au,
or phone (02) 95466341 and we will begin tracking down the location
of your parcel with the assistance of the appropriate deliverer.

Do
you have a catalogue?
We do not have a catalogue so as to keep our prices
competitive. Our range of products are listed on our website with
most information. If you do need a hard copy may we suggest you
print out the appropriate pages from our website.

you have a display of products for viewing?
Yes. We do have a display of products for viewing

How
do I get a sample of your products?
Simply order individual products using our online
order system. Delivery charges will apply at an appropriate cost
level.
Do
you sell other products other than those displayed on your website?
Our website displays most of our products that we
have on offer but we do have access to more if requested.
Can
you assemble my bomboniere for me?
We can
assemble your bomboniere for you. Please contact us with your ideas
and requirements and we can provide you with a quote and time of
delivery.
Are
the bomboniere boxes easy for me to assemble?
Yes.
All our boxes are prefolded and easy to assemble with no need for
glue.
Do
I need to order a full bomboniere package, or can I just order the
boxes, for example?
You may purchase any of our products separately or in any combination
you desire.
Product
availability
Orders are subject to product availability, changes or delays. In
these circumstances you will be notified within 7 days from the
date of receipt by telephone or email. You will then be given the
option to wait for the new delivery date or to cancel order. In
the event that a new circumstance comes to the fore after placing
your order, Coastal Blue Promotions reserves the right to cancel
your order.
What
payment methods do you accept?
We accept
personal cheque, bank cheque, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard,
American Express and Diners Club as methods of payment. Payments
are to made within 7 days. Should no payment be made or any alternative
arrangements made with Coastal Blue, the order will be deemed cancelled.
Do
you accept international orders?
No. We only distribute within Australia.
